Keel

Keel polls your container registry on a check frequency you set (1 minute to 24 hours) and rolls out new image tags to your Kubernetes Deployments according to a SemVer policy. Edka installs Keel on your cluster and drives it through deployment annotations.

Note: Keel is automatically deployed with every cluster and can only be removed manually using the CLI.

Features available

  • Registry polling on a per-deployment check frequency (1 minute to 24 hours)
  • SemVer update policies: all, major, minor, patch, or force
  • Custom tag matching via glob or regex patterns
  • Private container registry authentication
  • Rollback to a previous revision from the deployment actions menu
