Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How many team members can I add?
Free is a single user. Standard includes 5 team members. Pro and Enterprise have no limit.
Are there limits on apps, databases or deployments?
Free caps them per cluster: 5 apps, 4 databases, 2 agents, 5 deployments, 3 wildcard domains, 5 CronJobs and 5 alert rules. Standard and Pro have a fair-use ceiling per cluster instead (50 apps, 50 databases, 25 agents, 200 deployments, 50 wildcard domains, 100 CronJobs, 100 alert rules, 25 runner scale sets). Clusters and team members are counted per account. If you need more on one cluster, contact us.
Do Edka prices include infrastructure costs?
No. Edka pricing covers the platform/control plane layer. Cloud instances, volumes, load balancers, traffic, and dedicated Metal servers are billed separately by the infrastructure provider in your account.
What is a satellite cluster?
A satellite is a single-node Kubernetes cluster on a server you already own: a VPS, a dedicated server, or a machine in your office. You connect it by running one command on the server, and Edka manages it like any other cluster. Every plan includes satellites (1 on Free, 5 on Standard, 10 on Pro), and extra satellites cost €10/month each on any plan, Free included. Satellite clusters are currently in beta.
My plan shows as Legacy. What does that mean?
Your subscription predates a pricing change. Legacy plans keep their price and limits for as long as the subscription stays active, and they continue to receive platform updates. If you want to move to a higher plan, contact us first. We offer legacy customers the upgrade at the pricing that applied when they signed up.
Do I get an invoice for Edka?
Yes, we provide detailed invoices for all payments. You can download them from your account settings.
Is support included?
Yes. Free gets email support on a best-effort basis. Standard gets an email reply within 2 business days. Pro gets email and chat with a reply within 8 business hours. Enterprise gets dedicated 24/7 support with a custom SLA.
How can I pay for Edka?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for annual payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your service continues until the end of your billing period.
