Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I add more users to a plan?

Yes, you can add additional users to any plan.

Are plan limits per cluster or per account?

Most resource quotas apply per cluster. Apps, databases, agents, CronJobs, wildcard domains, alert rules, and runner scale sets each get their own allotment on every cluster you run. The number of clusters, deployments, and team members are counted per account, across all your clusters.

Do Edka prices include infrastructure costs?

No. Edka pricing covers the platform/control plane layer. Cloud instances, volumes, load balancers, traffic, and dedicated Metal servers are billed separately by the infrastructure provider in your account.

Is there a discount for startups and solo founders?

Yes. Startups and solo founders get Standard for €45/month (75% off) and Pro for €90/month (80% off) for their first 3 years. Apply at edka.io/startups with a short note about your project.

My plan shows as Legacy. What does that mean?

Your subscription predates a pricing change. Legacy plans keep their price and limits for as long as the subscription stays active, and they continue to receive platform updates. If you want to move to a higher plan, contact us first. We offer legacy customers the upgrade at the pricing that applied when they signed up.

Do I get an invoice for Edka?

Yes, we provide detailed invoices for all payments. You can download them from your account settings.

Is support included?

Yes. Free gets best-effort email support. Standard adds live chat. Pro adds priority handling during business hours. Enterprise gets dedicated 24/7 support with a custom SLA.

How can I pay for Edka?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for annual payments.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your service continues until the end of your billing period.
