• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms

4. User Responsibilities

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are due in advance of the applicable service period
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
• We may change our pricing with 30 days’ notice

6. Service Level Agreement

Our availability commitments, response times for support, and remedies for service failures are detailed in our Service Level Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our software, trademarks, and service marks are owned by Edka Digital
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform
• You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edka Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edka Digital from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms in your service contract
• Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our services
• We may provide you with an opportunity to export your data before termination

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
